Make Settings for Controlling an RTR-5W by a PC over a network
Via a network, it is possible to make not only network settings in the RTR-5W, but also recording condition settings, downloading of recorded data, gathering current data and warning settings.
Efficient Management by Creating Remote Unit / Repeater Groups
With the “RTR-5W(VLD) Module“ program, Registration for RTR-5 Series Data Logger as Remote Units and Remote Unit Settings can be made. Also, if you wish to register multiple Remote Units, they can be divided into Groups for easy management.
Moreover, by setting up RTR-50 unit(s) as Repeater(s), it is possible to extend the wireless communication range between a Base Unit and Remote Unit(s).
Save Downloaded Data as Encrypted Thermo Recorder Files
Downloaded data will be saved as an encrypted Thermo Recorder File(.trc). To open an encrypted Thermo Recorder File, it is necessary to enter a valid User ID and Password. Only those with authorization can manage and manipulate downloaded data. Hence all data will be effectively protected from unauthorized access to prevent unauthorized manipulation or tampering.
Easily Interpret Data in colorful Graphs and Tables
Recorded data can be downloaded to your computer with “Temperature/Humidity Graph (RTR-5W VLD)“. Using this program it is easy to see changes in temperature and humidity visually in either graphical and tabular format.
Up to 8 channels of recorded data can be viewed in the same graph at one time.
Export Data to be Saved or Printed
Recorded data can be displayed in colorful graphs and tables or exported for printing. It is also possible to save the data in text file format, such as .csv, to be read by common spreadsheet software such as Excel.
Automatic Recording of Software Operation History (Audit Trail)
All operations considered critical will be automatically recorded in the Operations History and saved in an Encrypted History File (Archive File). Archival Data contains a record of the Operation Date/Time, Task, Function, User ID and Details. With “Archive Viewer“ it is possible to view any archival record, which can be sorted by column. It is also possible to save the archived information into text file.
Reprint Exact Same Graph
Upon printing a Graph, RTR-5W VLD for Windows enables you to save the printing settings. By using the “Upload Saved Print Settings” function, a graph that has already been printed will appear as it was saved and can be reprinted with the exact same scale and positioning information.
