WDR-3 Software and Firmware / Script Update Info (ver 1.16 to 1.17)
In order to update some functions in our Network-Dedicated Instrumentation Data Logger WDR-3, we have released update programs for the software and the firmware / script.
We ask that our customers using this unit download these programs and update as directed.
Affected Products
WDR-3 Seial No. - 000209 or before
* The Serial Number is printed on a sticker on the back of the WDR-3 .
New Functions in Ver 1.17
When sending mail from WDR-3, communication has been made possible with SMTP servers where SMTP authentication is necessary.
How to Update
Follow the instructions as noted below for updating the "WDR-3 for Windows" Software and the "WDR-3 Firmware / Script".
If one of the versions of either the software "WDR-3 for Windows" or the "WDR-3 Firmware / Script" is different from the other, the product will not function properly. When carrying out the update please confirm that the versions of all three parts (software, firmware, script) have been updated to the latest version for each.
Versions after updates should be as follows:
Software "WDR-3 for Windows" should be 1.17
Firmware should be 2.00
Script should be 1.17
